JILLIAN MICHAELS PLAN
 
When you follow the Jillian Michaels Plan, you not only follow her fitness
plan, and her menu plan, but also her personal mental coaching as well. Today on Facebook, Jillian posted a
challenge:
"Challenge! An essential part of your progress w/ building self-esteem &
reclaiming health is about accepting yourself now, not
20lbs from now, when you have a better job etc. Avoid negative self deprecating remarks & instead celebrate the qualities
you love about yourself. Make a list of them
& post it everywhere.This isn't easy at first, but the more you practice this behavior the sooner you'll mentally buy into
it."
Many of us simply have a hard time accepting who we are without the changes already made. We are much to
hard on ourselves and therefore get nowhere with our goals because we simply are too down on ourselves.
It's time to take Jillian's challenge and advice. Practice her challenge, and begin to see changes
internally begin to evolve.
